Short Post

Just a short post for today.
I went back to the Asthma nurse yesterday and she is very pleased with how i am going,so i dont need to see her again till January next year.

I found a recipe for Pear,Apple and saffron chutney and made a double batch, hubby had some on a cheese toasty and he really liked it and he is not a chutney or relish person,so thats good,so most of it will be wrapped up in hampers for xmas presents.
if anyone would like the recipe please let me know in the comments.

I went to craft on Monday and caught up with my friends,Rosemary is knitting the border for a baby blanket.

Robyn has knitted up this lovely baby jacket for a new baby in her family, isnt the colour of the wool beautiful,i love this colourful wool.
There were many other lovely projects on the go including a lady who had made a baby born doll on the weekend and at craft she was putting the hair on,it looked very complicated, but silly me forgot to take pics because i was too busy yakking, lol.

I also made some vegetarian rolls which have the thumbs up especially from my sister who is vegetarian,if anyone would like this recipe let me know in the comments.

Hope your day is a good one.
Cheers Sheryl xx

Happy to hear your asthma is under better control. We like making pickles and such for Christmas gifting too - so far there's zucchini relish and there's a recipe waiting for carrot cake jam that we we want to try.

Glad you're feeling better. Asthma is not nice at all.
Your food all looks yummy and what a wonderful gift idea. We normally make pickled cucumbers/zucchini in the summer when the plants start to produce more than we can eat.
Happy Sewing x

Glad you are doing well with your Asthma treatment. Your vegan rolls look good. Terry would never eat them. I usually cook to meals for us. He is way too picky.
